94, of Maple Ave, Middletown, RI, died Monday, September 1, 2008 at home.
She was the wife of the late John Oliveira.
Doris was born in Webster, Massachusetts, on October 1, 1913.
Three sons Robert Purdy of Newport, RI, Charles Purdy of Middletown, RI, and Walter Purdy of Groton, CT, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren survive her.
One great-grandchild predeceased her.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2008, at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Spring Street, Newport.
