Brooklyn, New York ~ Rachel Danielle Winneg of Newport, Rhode Island and Brandt Robert Wagner of Fairfax, Virginia were married Friday, May 7th, 2010 at The Chanler at Cliff Walk in Newport, RI. The ceremony was officiated by Lark d’Helen and the reception immediately followed.
The bride is the daughter of Captain & Mrs. Robert Scott Winneg of Richmond, Rhode Island. The bride attended Rogers High School, and received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Dance from James Madison University in 2002.
The groom is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Roy Henry Wagner of Fairfax, Virginia. The groom earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dance and also a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University in 2000.
Lauren Gibbs, of Brooklyn, NY, a friend of the bride, stood as Maid of Honor. Along side Lauren were the bride’s sisters Kaela and Sarah Winneg, both of Richmond, Rhode Island, standing as bridesmaids.
Matthew Beck, of Arlington, Virginia, a friend of the groom, stood as the Best Man.
The bride is the granddaughter of Ms. Janice Mosher resident of Newport, Rhode Island and the granddaughter of Mrs. Eva Winneg resident of Randolph, Massachusetts.
The groom is the grandson of Mr. Henry Wagner resident of Fairfax, Virginia.
The newlyweds met in college at James Madison University. They honeymooned on the Riviera Maya in Mexico. The newlyweds currently reside in Brooklyn, New York.
