McMahan ~ Minihane Sun City Center, FL ~ Cornelius and Jeannine Minihane of Sun City Center, FL, formally of Portsmouth, RI are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Keith Peter Minihane of LaSalle, IL to Kelly Rene McMahan of Colorado Springs, CO, daughter of Howard and Claudia McMahan of Norman, OK.
Keith is a 1989 graduate of Roger High School in Newport, RI and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering in 1993 from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. He then earned a Doctor of Medicine Degree in 2000 from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL and in 2005 he completed the Northwestern University Orthopaedic Residency program. Keith was an active duty US Army officer in Korea, Afghanistan, with last duty station at Evan’s Army Community Hospital in Fort Carson, CO. Keith is now an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Mendota Community Hospital in Mendota, IL.
Kelly is a 1998 graduate of Norman High School in Newport, OK and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Promotion in 2002 from Oklahoma State University Stillwater, OK and in 2004 she earned her Masters Degree in Health Science, Physician Associate in 2004 from University Of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, OKC. Kelly is now a Physician’s Assistant for the Department of Defense at Evan’s Army Community Hospital, Family Medicine Center in Fort Carson, CO.
A July 18th, 2010 wedding ceremony has been planned in Tabernash, CO.
