Sylvia 50th Anniversary
Middletown ~ Frank “Red” and Edna (Williams) Sylvia of Phillips Ave, Middletown, Rhode Island were married while he was stationed in England on May 7, 1960 while he was in the Air Force.
After 33 years on the Newport Police Department he retired in 1988. Edna is a housewife raising five children; Frank & Dean (twins), Cindy, Michael, and the late Darran Sylvia.
